• Who is Flybyu.ca and how long have you been around?

  Flybyu.ca is run out of Muskoka, ON by Canadian riders who’ve been in motorsports professionally for over 20 years – in shops, with race teams, and helping enthusiasts keep their bikes, sleds, ATVs and UTVs ready to go. The online store is just the latest version of what we’ve been doing in person for decades.

• Where do you ship from and do I pay duties or extra fees?

  We ship from Canadian warehouses (Ontario and Calgary) to Canadian addresses. You pay normal Canadian shipping (free over $149) and tax – no surprise duties or border delays on your oils and cleaners.

•  How do I know which oil or filter is correct for my machine?

  Start with your owner’s manual and the official factory oil and filter selectors we’ve linked. They give you the current spec for your exact year, make and model. Once you have the recommended oil or filter number, you can grab it here. If you’re still unsure, text us your machine details and we’ll help you sort it out.

• What if I accidentally choose the wrong oil filter or product?

  If something doesn’t look right, or you’re not confident before ordering, text us first and we’ll double-check. If there’s an issue after you order, reach out and we’ll work with you to make it right within our return policy. Our goal is that you get the correct parts, not just any parts.

•  How do your multipack and case savings work?

  On many oils and cleaners you’ll see options for Singles, Shop-stock 4‑Packs, and Season-stock 12-pack/Cases. The multi‑pack and case discounts are already built into the prices you see for each option – no codes needed. You get better per‑container pricing when you stock up the way you actually use this stuff.

• What are the “Build Your Own” boxes?

  They’re simple ways to build custom kits for your garage: Clean & Shine Box: washes, degreasers, protectants and detailers Maintenance Box: chain care, degreasers, bug remover, specialty products Add 3+ items to a box and you’ll save on the total, while making sure you’ve got what you need on the shelf.

• Can I talk to a real person if I have questions?

  Yes. The fastest way is to text us using the button on the site. Tell us what you ride (year/make/model) and what you’re trying to do. We usually reply the same business day, and if you’d rather talk by phone just say “CALL ME” in your text with a good time and we’ll do our best to call during business hours.

•  Is there a minimum order amount?

  Yes, online orders have a $50 minimum. This lets us keep pricing sharp and still cover the cost of shipping and handling oils and chemicals across Canada.
